Policies
Ordering:
*Please submit your order ONLY when you’re ready to make the payment. Payment with Paypal is due 48 hours of submitting your order, and Money Order is 1 week of submitting your order.
*SALES- Orders must be submitted and paid for before the final date of the sale. I will not grant sale prices after that date.
Changes to your order:
*If for any reason you need or want to change something about your order after you paid, there will be a fee:
~If I already bought your fabric and you would like to change it- $5.00
~If I already made your NT’s/embroidery’s and you would like to change them- $2.50 per NT and the price of the embroidery will depend on what you want different.
*You can not change your order at all once your name is in the top 5. I will be cutting out/ironing & pining/and getting everything ready to start your order.
Returns/Cancellation:
*Once you place your order, I send a Pre invoice with your total. You are to read it and make sure everything is correct. Once you agree to that, payment is made.
*I will not accept returns if your products are made exactly the way it is written on the Pre invoice. It is your responsibility to make sure everything is correct.
*I will however accept returns ONLY to be fixed (no money back refund) if your product is made different from the Pre invoice.
*Once you place your order and pay for it you WILL NOT be able to cancel your order at all. However I will allow store credit for the amount of your order, and that can be used on anything else and whenever you’d like.
Shipping:
*ALL orders that fit in a 4″x9″ envelope will have a Certified Receipt.
*ALL other order will have a Signature Confirmation.
*Once your order is shipped I will email you your tracking number and you can track it at www.usps.com
