Please read these Frequently Asked Questions before emailing me. And if you have a question that is not listed, feel free to ask!
Q: Can I choose any color/fabric# for my products?
A: Yes, you most certainly can. You can even mix and match whatever fabrics you’d like.
Q: Are NT’s, shipping, and extras included in the price under the pictures?
A: No, the price listed is simply for that product. Anything added to it will be charged additionally.
Q: I’ve already bought an item and am on the list, if I want to buy something else later do I have to wait at the bottom of the list again?
A: Definitely not! You can add as many things to your order as you want up until I get to your order and it will all be added onto your existing order.
Q: What is considered a regular order and a small order?
A: A regular order is any purse, diaperbag, multiple products, etc. And a small order is pretty much anything from the Extras Album, or small baby products.
Q: Do you offer rush delivery?
A: No, but the sooner you place your order the sooner you will receive it and have your name be put on the order status list.
Q: Can I send you my own fabric if I don’t want to choose from the Fabric Selections Albums?
A: Of course! I’ll even take money off your Total for supplying the fabric.
Q: Do I need to send you a uniform if I want any Military products?
A: No, I provide all the Military fabrics needed.
Q: Do you ship overseas?
A: Yes, SMS ships all over the world!
Q: How long is the wait list to get my order?
A: It varies from day to day, please check the bottom of “Order Status Lists” for the wait time.
Q: Are all of your embroidery’s free?
A: No, they range in price depending on what you would like. Please include the link from the embroidery site for me to give you the correct price of it.
Q: When is payment due?
A: Once you place your order, I will tell you your total, then you will need to make the payment before your name is put on the list.
Q: Do you do returns?
A: No, custom orders can not be returned. If there is a problem with your order that is correct on the invoice but not correct on your product ONLY then will I accept it back to be fixed.
Q: What if I need to cancel my order?
A: As all of my products are CUSTOM made, you will not be able to cancel your order at all once you make your payment for it.
